model for NH3 plasma

Dear all

I am looking for cross-section datas concerning the dissociation of NH3 by electron impact.

In the databases of morgan and hayashi there are only few reactions.

In the following article:  https://doi.org/10.1063/1.363785 (published in 1996 by M. Yousfi and M. D. Benabdessadok) there are cross-sections data for 

the following reactions:

NH3 + e --> NH + H2 (3.9 eV)

NH3 + e --> NH2 + H (5.6 eV)

Do you think I can trust these data?
