2008 that talks about administering elections--it reports on Texas'
Early Voting, Election Holidays in Illinois and Maryland, Oregon's
Vote by Mail, Colorado Vote Centers. Weekend Voting, Puerto Rico
special programs for prisoner and hospital voting. I think you will
find it informative. This 50 page document is now a quick read with
notes about what could be helpful in our study. The complete report
