Good Morning:
I have posted the material that each Local Chairman received in their
notebook. If committee members are interested they can find this
basic material in this one file Early Voting Notebook--it actually has
3 sections that you can select to print.
We will have a summary of the county clerk's responses to our survey
in the Oct. MO Voter; however, we have had more responses since the
Voter deadline and will be updating this feedback. Also if you have
interviewed you County Election Official personally we would like a
copy of their answers and we will add it to our data and try to
summarize all information before you have your consensus meeting.
The LWV of KC, JCP Counties will have their educational meeting on
Oct. 10th (everyone is invited) and we hope to complete our consensus
on Nov. 21st. What is your calendar schedule for this event? Would
you please share with me your schedule for education and consensus
meetings?
I aplogize for any delays in getting everything posted; however, my
mother had a stroke on Sept. 15 that left her with low vision,
weakness and left sided neglect. This added to the fact that she is
an amputee and 98 years old. However, she was very active and caring
for herself at my sister's home and we hope she can go back. But
right now we are taking turns being with her 24/7. So I will be
checking things on our study--every other day. I can not say enough
for all Cheryl did to finalize the notebook so that we were only 2
days off our schedule.
Good Luck and let us know if you have questions or have information to
share. Donna

I am slow at getting the information out to my members.  I tried getting the information directions on listserv but didn't have much luck.  What are the steps to get the information out.  We are having a meeting in October and will take a consensus  in January.  Nelda

Donna:

Columbia will have our education meetings on Oct. 21 and 22. Our
consensus meetings are scheduled for Dec. 2 and 3. Thanks for the
material. The workbook is great. Our work group meets Thursday for
final prep for our Oct. meetings and the material will be very helpful.

We send best wishes for your Mother's recovery.
