Fun gerrymandering activities for group work

We are looking for fun/educational group activities, such as easy simulation/role-plays or board games, that would be suitable for working with a group of people to give them a feel for gerrymandering. We thought of something like connect four with people having to draw districts competitively to see who could do the best job of gerrymandering. Any ideas or relevant experience?
