Super Liam 1.5 Releases on march 28, 2026

I'm really excited to announce that Super Liam my side scrolling action platformer from 2004 has been completely rewritten from the ground up to support modern operating systems. here's a short list of some enhancements.

Jumping is smoother and you can now hold arrow keys to jump instead of having to mash keys.

Gamepads are now supported. Play Super Liam with a controller and take your gaming to the next level.

You can now play Super Liam on macOS! You read that right. 

Beating the game doesn't end the fun. Several extra modes have been added upon completing the main story.

So how much is this going to cost? $0.00. Super Liam 1.5 will be free to play for everyone.

there will be a live stream on march 28 at 11 AM eastern where I will demonstrate the game and celebrate the launch. The link is available on the Super Liam page. The game will release immediately after the conclusion of the stream.

How exciting for super liam!  Looking forward to playing it.  So with jumping, we just hold the up arrow instead of doing it like we've been doing?  I mean holding down the up arrow and quickly hitting the right/left arrows to jump?

You'd hold the direction you want to jump. so you'd press the jump button an then hold the right arrow.

I already read about that on the audiogames.net forum and I'm really exciting about that. I always loved super liam. It is so great to read it has a come back. And I also am excited about the new game modes.

And also the new function to just hold the directions to jump sounds great! I really can't wait for it!
