Hi together,
Florian and I have worked on a ringLWE generator today; you can find it
attached. I did not manage to check it in to bitbucket :(
We included a sampler for discrete Gaussian polynomials and two test
routines with parameters we came up with. We did not include parameter
sets that derive from cryptosystems.

Hi, I checked it in, sorry for the delay (Easter and all that) I'll take a
