I have not gone back over the supplemental readings from module one. I have not seen anything relating to these reading on any of the practice exams or quizzes. Do you guys think this is going to be on the exam? I am thinking I should read back over it, but I really don’t want to. There is already so much information to remember. How has this worked with other courses?

There is SO much to remember... it's crazy! Looking at the exam blueprint for 2011-2012 (our session) it says Module 1 will only be worth 5-9% of the exam and I think if anything there will be questions related to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, advantages and disadvantages of ADR, and the court process for civil and criminal cases. I base that opinion on the previous exam - marker's comments!

Good luck everyone!! We can do this! :) Can't wait until Wednesday is over!!! haha
