Prize for patch that implements expanded user pages?

Hello, 

I think larger, editable user pages would be a very good thing for less wrong. Right now I'm not very motivated to learn how to do this myself, but I *am* willing to throw some money (100-200 USD) at the problem. I was thinking about posting a prize/bounty for submitting a patch to the codebase that gets accepted implementing this feature. Does anyone have opinions on whether or not this would work?
