The most valuable seeming projects seem kind of vague. I am not sure how to present a List Of Most Valuable LW Projects. Perhaps it would be best to frame this as most valuable areas ? I am a little unsure how to proceed. 

My thoughts are: 

• Clearly it is a good idea to make the LW hosting image. 
• I think a book review or set of anki cards would be good for the "true project rejection challenge" 
• I'd like to collect questions about how to do useful research 
• I'd like to get several people to give advice on doing research (esp. to answer the above questions); possibly an online Q&A session
• I'd like to get Kaj or perhaps someone else to make a guide to doing book review/summaries in Carl's format.
• I'd like to start a research help service. I think I could volunteer to do 2-3 hours of paper downloading, editing, feedbacking, troubleshooting a week.
