As I said in-game on global I am taking a two day vacation from the game; I'll see everyone in about 48 hours, or perhaps the morning of the 26th. I'm enjoying the game quite a bit, and I'm sure I'll have a lot to say next turn, but I'm sure it can wait.
And to justify the topic: The builds teach us little, as it is not as if there was good reason for anyone to build differently than they did, but the retreats/disbands by Germany are interesting. By disbanding Holland (F Hel was never living), he is clearly indicating he either has a deal with France, is hoping to have a deal with France or would rather France get his centers than Russia or England.
