I only kept up with this for the first turn. After that, I released I
could keep all my thoughts well enough in my head. But here it is
anyway:

Tactics
safe Southern opening: F Edi-Nth, F Lon-Eng, A Lvp-Yor:
Establish supply center in belgium? Set up for France invasion: how
soon should this be done?

Diplomacy
Negotiations for treaty with Germany against France (prompted by
Germany)
Turkey and Germany disclosed an alliance, so I notified Turkey about
my own negotiations with germany. Potential cooperation with Turkey
against Germany in case Ger backstabs either one of us. Also potential
cooperation with Turk against Russia.
Opened up communication lines with Italy. In case of France invasion,
cooperation could be useful to stretch French defense.

Germany wants Belgium, Holland and Denmark, “giving” me Portugal,
Spain and Brest while he goes for Paris. I also get Norway in this
“deal.” I think i’m getting screwed out of territory in this
proposal... I’m holding out for Belgium, for a supply center and to
protect the channel. Worried about to stretch my forces too thin by
going for spain and portugal and Norway. Belgium would provide better
access to mainland europe anyway.
My main strategy now is to build up supply centers in Norway and
Belgium, attack through picardy and maybe take Brest. I can support
Germany attack on Paris, then go for the iberian penninsula. And
support a German attack on Marseille (depending on what Italy decides
to do). I don’t expect my position on Norway to stay safe, since I’m
going for France rather than Russia, A backstab from Germany (on
Norway through Denmark) I could leverage into an alliance with Turkey.
If Russia wakes up and tries to take Norway, if I’m still allied with
Germany, could be helpful for defending my position there.

Update: Germany seems agreeable to my terms (Belgium) and didn’t try
to haggle further. I do believe he’s planning on backstabbing sooner,
rather than later.

Message from Russia: Asking me, essentially, to trade Norway for
“peace.” I don’t necessarily want war with Russia until France is
subdued, on the other hand, Norway is a quick supply depot which I
need. I replied, asking him to give me Norway in exchange for peace,
allowing R to concentrate on fighting a land war with Austria or
Turkey. I then proposed an alliance, later on, against Germany once
we’ve been established. Then I notified Germany of Russian intentions
to expand through the Nor&Swe, saying he might be planning to take him
via denmark. Could backfire if the deal with Russia comes through
(should’ve waited!) If Germany sees me and russia not fighting in the
north sea, he might be suspicious (because germany has an alliance
with Turkey against Russian retaliation).
