I am playing in the no-communication game Radio London Gunboat. Won't say anything more than to be safe, but those who are interested are free to follow it (and provided you're not randomly in the game, I'm curious who you think I am and why! As well as any analysis of the situation.) Will analyze it with anyone interested after it is over, which should be well before the LW game.

Definitely interested in the postgame analysis.

I would still like to get some explanation of the Diplomacy rules from you as well.  I have read the official instructions, but how to resolve many situations is still quite unclear to me.

Any rules questions anyone asks here, I will answer to the best of my ability (and Google is your friend, so my ability is pretty good even in worst case.) I realize there may be some 'this reveals who I am' involved, so since I'm sure others have rules questions (or should!) I recommend simply creating a throwaway email account and sending the question to me or the group, and I will answer. If it doesn't reveal who you are, ask as yourself.

Radio London isn't a LW game, but we still see a lot of loss aversion. The south is going relatively normally for Gunboat provided Austria doesn't try for Greece, but the north is non-standard because Germany chose a non-standard opening. Trying to communicate via moves in Gunboat can be quite interesting, and there's at least one de facto alliance on the board right now and another that would have happened if France hadn't shown up in Munich.
