I have some parts I would like to make from urethane.  Are there any supplies at the Space?  Where do we buy urethane by the gallon?

Last week I personally bought a "1 gallon kit" of IE-3075 rigid polyurethane. I'm not sure if rigid polyurethane is what you meant by "urethane", but if it is I can give you a few ounces or if you want a ton of it, sell you a larger slice of the kit. For the 1 gallon kit, it was just under $120 with shipping and such.

I directly called Innovative Polymers to order the kit, they have a website <http://www.innovative-polymers.com/> but they don't do web orders.

If you want to read more about the stuff I'm working with, then look at section "4.1.3. Rigid polyurethanes" in the "Guerrilla guide to CNC machining" <http://lcamtuf.coredump.cx/gcnc/#4>. From my reading, it seems to be fairly safe to work with, but more touchy to mix then epoxy and likely needs to be degassed (vacuum pump and a desiccator chamber) to not get bubbles in the cast.

This is one of the best articles I have ever read.  I will need more than 1 gallon for this job.  I will also be using silicone.  Do you have any of the release agents or solvents?
