Looking for birthday volunteers.

Hi all.  Per the meeting 2 weeks ago, I agreed to oversee our space's 2nd birthday celebration setup and cleanup.

I would like to facilitate for volunteers to assist with setup and cleanup of the event.  I'll be there for both setup and cleanup, but it would be nice to have some help too.

activities will include:

Setup:

- laying down paper (or some covering) on benches for buffet still serving on the work benches.

- cleaning (or covering) tables to protect people from errant lead that may be on there.

- arranging tables in an efficient layout.

- warming/cooking some of the items to get ready for the steam tables. (I had 2 steam tables at the space, one disappeared, will need to buy another :-(   )

- setup of food.

- setup of gift table.

Cleanup

- storing unused food (do we have methods of storing food) that others may be able to eat later - toss out what won't be eaten.

- cleanup (clean tables, bag trash, etc)

- setting tables back to their original state.

Also, someone mentioned of somebody offering beer, can they also contact me for the details on that so I know its covered?

If you want to help with this, please let me know and I'll start another off-list email thread of those offering their assistance to coordinate.

(I hate having an uncertain schedule.  It's gotten really, really old not being to plan things out more than a couple of days.)
