Picture Frame Donations for Solar Panels

Hello Everyone,

Does anybody have any old picture frames laying around the house they would like to donate? They make great solar panels!

Preferably with the glass.  If so bring them to the Tuesday meeting or something.

How do you fab those?  :D  That's an awesome use for old frames.  Can it scale up to window size?

Yea the frames make the process easier and look good.  I set up all the equipment here at LVL1 to fabricate them.  There is a tile saw with a thin diamond blade to cut the solar cells and a custom oven for the encapsulation.  Right now the max size panel the oven can make is about 15 x 21 inches.
