No Charging Batteries Until Further Notice

Due to an incident that occured in the space over the weekend, until further notice, the act of charging lithium ion batteries bigger than a cell phone battery or laptop battery is prohibited inside the space of LVL1.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
The board will be meeting tomorrow to hash out a permanent solution to the problem.

I would propose:
1. outside in defined area, 
2. clear of flammable stuff (Including People)
3. constant monitoring for duration. 
4. Would prefer the charge be metered so the person supervising can see possible runaway conditions
5. Sand to Cover "In case"(Will not extinguish, but will eliminate "spattering")

(Long, Long ago I worked, in the navy, in several battery charging spaces. The above is similar to our requirements)
