In search of a laptop. Initial Specs:

17"
dvd/cd internal
accommodate 16-32 G Mem (I can easily add additional mem to get to 16G)
handle 2.5 sata (I can easily add a 1TB)
handle (prefer already have) 128/25/512G SSD
min of 8 cores

The HP site has an AMD ryzen that can be modified, but it has an
external/extra dvd.

I'd rather not do the Amazon/marketplace - God knows what you might get!
