Prior to derbycon, I purchased 50 TV-B-Gones for about $600.  We have sold about $800 worth and have 9 units remaining (one got lost somewhere).

I have taken the profit from this investment and have bought several arduino related items including Arduinos, motor controllers, relay boards, LCD keypad shields, i2c clock boards, ping sensors, ethernet shields and motor driver shields.

Not all of the items have arrived in the mail yet, mostly the arduinos and the ethernet shields.  I will be displaying these items in a display case that I bought from craigslist so people can see what is available.  There is a markup on the items, but they will be similarily priced to Adafruit.com.  Any profits from the items sold will be turned into more gear.

Please note, this is separate from the component store.  The component store is Brad's baby now and differs in scope of what is being sold.  I don't keep any money from this, all proceeds go back into expanding the selection.

There won't be a computer front end on this stuff, that would take too long to incorporate, and I would rather let people get the stuff now.  Transactions can be done through myself, or others that I need to recruit that are at the space on a more regular basis - (interested parties speak up).  Eventually I want to get the Toms machine to work with paypal and automatically dispense these items (Garret and I have talked about partnering on it) but that's a future endeavor.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Jeff
