Hi,

I have just got an invite to google + facebook. Now given that google already has my soul in a form of emails and bookmarks and some documents(and pictures...oh whatever.) this is smth I could try -  one more doze of google won't hurt:). If I bare with Buzz then why not:). BTW although I've been given an invite I was greeted with "Already invited? We've temporarily exceeded our capacity. Please try again soon.". Come on, folks!? you do not have the ability to serve one more account?! Anyway  - back to the topic...
Given this is going to work(I think it will, because it is facebook + and people like, so everyone who's using google for 99% of ones web life will eventually engage for integration reasons) does this mean death to the groups service.
What do you think?

/Viktor.

Hi Vic,

I am planning to get on google+. for the same reason as you -- 99% of my time is spent on google.

Never did facebook because of zburg so google+ is a way to get into a social net service

There was a interesting article in the Washington Post newspaper Thursday:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/ezra-klein/post/why-google-might-succeed/2011/05/19/AG7Di9rH_blog.html?wpisrc=nl_tech

Well, one thing I can tell for sure: google+ is definitely a topic for a discussion in news section :) Viktor, what do you think?

2Ivan: honestly - didn't plan that. I thought I could get some ideas on g+ here. We could mention it ,np. I'll take it on my list.
2Jim: it's a nice catch in the article. I even tend to think this a PR article(evil grin). But now I have more questions for you:
whats wrong with zburg?
and what about Google groups? I knew I was off topic but I thought I could still express the question transparently.
BTW: have you managed to get it(g+)? Do you like it?

Well, people intentionally gave up their personal data, to show off or just to connect with friends. I think it all started form the very first  really long license that was incorporated into software and the very first user that taught another user that "you can skip it" :)
About the forensics: nice site:) but I do not really see a lot of threat in the research findings, really.
