I would really would really be interested and, I think others would as
well, in some of the hints & tips you learned as a tech support person.
Examples are especially helpful for those jobs that require
communication -- web designer, technical writer, course developer. A
portfolio of work gives the hiring manager the warm fuzzies that the
applicant can produce quality work. Jason's site is is a good example.
