could you please add June 29th @17.45 as meeting date to registration form? And also mention that we need people to register because their names will be passed to guards.

I will do this during the weekend. So I'll update the date in the form and post  a link to it on our blog with smth. like "Registration now available".

Is there any possibility to show somewhere on the form how many ppl have already registered for the club? Would be great if possible along with the note that we are limited to 25 seats.

ok I'll investigate the possibility to show that info on the form. About the seconds thong - sure, no problem with that, although, i have to mention you have full rights within the group ;)

I've searched for the tools available and came across this post. According to it creating such a functionality would require quite some effort. For now, as I would manually review each and every submission I suggest that I would update the confirmation with the number of registered persons through the day manualy. Though it looks like we can include data from the spreadsheet in the form... so why wouldn't I write a simple counting script and reference that cell in the from? Unfortunately so far no luck with it.

wrote the script. Still no luck getting the data from the spreadsheet to the form. Will ask google :)
