Hi all,
I’m leaving my shared house, in Limpertsberg, it is a furnished room (very big) , with 160 x 200 bed, one side table, 2 wardrobes, a desk and also a couch. The house is very big, it has three floors, an attic (for drying clothes or storing stuff), a basement with washing machines, a drying machine and extra storage, kitchen with all utilities including a dishwasher and a garden at the back.
Since the only two girls that were living there are moving out, the 7 remaining housemates would prefer a girl to take the room (so you would be sharing with 8 people). But guys are also welcome to visit the house!
The rent is 740 euros /month, charges and Internet included. We have also a garage, and the landlord would take a small fee depending on the number of people.
You have pharmacy, Cactus, Subway only 5 min walking and some restaurants around, it is 5 min from bus 2, 4 and 3 and 10 min from Fondation Pescatore, where you can take most of the buses, and 15 min walking form the city centre. It is near Kirchberg and near the airport by bus.
Will be moving around 15th May.
