ANNOUNCE: Lutok 0.1 available

Dear readers,

I am pleased to announce that the first release ever of Lutok,
appropriately named 0.1, is now available for download!

You can find the download in the project page:

As part of this release, I have prepared fresh installation instructions
and some code examples that can be accessed from the project wiki and
that should aid you in getting started with the Lutok library. You can
