Wehave found some malfunctions in the firmware ver.4.00 released on May 8 2018. As a temporary solution for customers who have upgraded the firmware to ver.4.00, we have prepared a new firmware version of 4.01 whose functions are same as the ver.3.00.

Please update your camera to ver.4.01 to avoid the malfunctions.

If firmware updating fails, the camera may no longer operate correctly in some cases. Carefully read the notes provided here*Always use the fully-charged battery when updating the firmware as a basic manner. Never turn the camera off or attempt to use any of the camera controls while the firmware is being overwritten.

After updating to version 3.3.0 or 3.3.1 of the Skullcandy App, some users may experience issues connecting products they had linked with a previous version of the Skullcandy App. To solve this, please follow these steps:

There are a number of reasons your firmware update may fail. A few of the most likely reasons are a phone call interrupted the update, the earbuds lost connection during the update, or the app was closed during the update. Whatever the case may be, there will be a notification with some instructions to follow before trying again.

The Skullcandy App periodically checks the battery status of your headphones or primary earbud. At times, the Skullcandy App may show less precise battery levels than that our your phone. Additionally, on certain earbuds (Indy ANC, Indy Evo, Indy Fuel, and Push Ultra), the Skullcandy App scans battery life based on the primary earbud. The primary earbud is determined by which earbud is pulled out of the charging case first and can therefore change across usage. Where some users are running solo bud mode, the battery status of the primary bud may not match that of the secondary bud and reflect inaccurately in the Skullcandy App on occasion.

Look for the envelope symbol on the top right of the screen, just beside your avatar. Or point to the word Peter by his avatar, click and it to display his persona page and on the right is a bug red button that will offer you the chance to send a message.

If you don't have a specific reason to update the FW, you should not attempt it. Find out what was updated in the latest FW and see if it is something you need. It is highly likely it is not. If you screw up the installation the camera will become useless and I doubt Canon services them any longer.

As it happens, I did screw up a firmware update on an XT, and Canon fixed it for me under warranty. (It was very long ago.) I was trying to follow the (complex and somewhat vague) instructions for doing it without using a card reader. I agree with Ernie that you probably shouldn't attempt that. But doing it with a card reader is dead easy. I don't think I'd hesitate to try it.

I posted here a while back but can't find my original post anywhere to refer to. I bought a used Pod XT Pro in mint condition, works very well. I want to update the firmware because the existing version on my unit is only 1.02 and the latest version is 3.02, I believe.

Someone mentioned that I wouldn't be able to update the firmware through USB with an existing firmware version this low and that I had to be connected through MIDI. I'm not sure if this is correct or not. I currently don't have my XT Pro connected by USB or MIDI, just via the two 1/4" line outs. I have the latest version of the Line 6 Monkey on my Mac running Mac OS X 10.6.8.

I don't want to wreck anything here, sorry for the newbie question. Can I update via USB and if not, if I do have to use MIDI, do I need both MIDI in and MIDI out connected to my Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 or can I just use the MIDI out from the XT Pro to the MIDI in of the Focusrite? I've only got one cable as I don't use MIDI very much. This isn't explained in the user's guide.

since your pod has v 1.xx installed, a midi to usb is necessary for further updates. get a m-audio midisport uno. others may be used but line6 recommends this specifically. they are about $40 dollars and if you have no other use...paperweight. but ya gotta do what'cha gotta do. then usb to mini usb.

Connected the Pod XT Pro directly to my Mac's USB ports (not through any type of interface). I installed the latest drivers (7.2.8 I think) through Line 6 Monkey. I was able to update the USB firmware to 1.1.4 but the actual Pod XT firmware update to 3.0.2 wouldn't work. Kept giving me a MIDI Device not communicating error. So I guess I have to connect both in and out MIDI cables. Just not sure about having to use a Midisport. If I'm connected through USB and run the MIDI through my Focusrite (Firewire), shouldn't that still work? I don't even have a USB/MIDI interface. Thanks for your help.

I (finally) successfully updated my firmware to 3.0.2 - it took some doing and required a MIDI connection and worked via FireWire but it wouldn't save any presets, kept giving me a MIDI communication error so I chose not to save anything and it then did the update without any problems.

Is there anyone out there with a rack mount Pod Xt Pro who can tell me what the first 64 factory presets should be (1A to 16D)? What the names should be? Seems that my set is different than what I've read.

Perhaps there is a way to restore the unit back to its factory presets but I thought the new firmware update might have added some new presets - a tad bit confused here. I can't seem to find anything that says Treadplate for example.

Hi, sorry, i know it's an old thread. I updated to the latest firmware and i having some issues. For example: before updating, when i turn the pc on, the logo lights up in less than a second. Now, with this firmware update it tooks 5 to 6 seconds to light up and it makes a flushing noise.

Do you guys have an older firmware version (maybe the one that comes with the H100i RGB PRO XT)? If so, i'll be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance! Cheers, Leo.

If the above fails, try turning off your computer and shutting down the power supply and drain the remaining energy and try again (it didn't work for me after the iCue failed update till I shutdown, turned off PSU and drained all the energy). This caused the H100i to function correctly on older firmware and was able to update right away.

Yesterday my noon was killed by iCUE deciding to install new firmware for my H100i SE and freezing during the process.

No avail, I force-closed it. Up till now it was fine. It recovered. But then it tried the update againg - same issue. This time, after restarting Windows, lights went out, and the pump and fans defaulted to 100%.

After failing to flash it, since the bootloader tool couldn't connect, I used all my PC wits and figured, that during bootloader state, any device will enter "boot phase" of the firmware or go into a soft-locked state, if that fails. Since we have no way to read out this happenings, I just figured to kill power to the H100i, and instantly force the firmware-push after giving it back the power.

1. Use safe-mode and strat the program via powershell or cmd - gives more feedback, then the flashing terminal window...

2. Reset the power cycle, if the device is found by xmcbootloader but it cannot connect to it's bootloader.

My H100i still acts strange, and I still need to re-flash my H100i RGB with uneven intervals.

(It either disappears totally from Windows, or is suddenly unable to be update through iCue. Sometimes it helps just re-flashing with the latest firmware through iCue, but sometimes I need to boot in safe mode and use the bootloader.

This has been an issue for a lot of persons for a long time.

When will Corsair FIX this issue and release a new firmware?

Or does anyone have an older firmware that works, since the latest 1.01.32 is definitely faulty!

(I will most probably try to sell my h100i and buy a non-Corsair cooler. I will also stay away from Corsair in the future since they seem unwilling to fix this...)

According to Ubuntu bcm43xx documentation you should install firmware-b43-lpphy-installer package and use b43 module. So, first thing to do is to remove firmware-b43-installer and bcmwl-kernel-source packages. For this, give

command and you wireless card should work. If it does not work after rebooting computer, try to find out whether b43 module is blacklisted or not by looking files in /etc/modprobe.d/ folder. You can try
