LUSCA_HEAD_ipv6: more testing needed please!

Hi all,

I've been using the LUSCA_HEAD_ipv6 branch locally for a few weeks to
serve some v6 connected clients (connected to the v4-only internet.)
Things seem to work for the most part.

I'd like to start merging some of this stuff back into HEAD. So
please, I'd appreciate some testing of LUSCA_HEAD_ipv6 if possible.
Even if you're just running it as an IPv4 only proxy like LUSCA_HEAD
Is today, the testing will be very helpful.
