Keywords Blocking problem in google Search

Dear All,

I am kind stuck in squid regarding to blocking the following URL.

http://www.google.com.pk/search?um=1&hl=en&safe=off&tbm=isch&q=muhammad+cartoon&revid=676513571&sa=X&ei=UDwITvL-J8jSsgaFzIigDA&ved=0CDcQ1QIoAg&biw=1024&bih=659

I try to types of ACL's but its not working.

First I tried but not working
acl gsearch url_regex ^http://www.google.com.pk/search?um=1&hl=en&safe=off&tbm=isch&q=muhammad+cartoon&revid=676513571&sa=X&ei=UDwITvL-J8jSsgaFzIigDA&ved=0CDcQ1QIoAg&biw=1024&bih=659
http_access deny gsearch

Second I tried this but not working

acl 16aug2011 url_regex -i muhammad+cartoon
http_access deny 16aug2011

Kindly advice me what to do as its very important for us here in Pakistan due our religious Matter.

Hm, what about url_regex google\.com.*search.*muhammad.*cartoon ?
