What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile lusca on debian armel chrooted inside android
2. run lusca on debian armel chrooted inside android

What is the expected output?
running well :)

What do you see instead?
error occured:
FATAL: ipcache_init: DNS name lookup tests failed.
Squid Cache (Version LUSCA_HEAD-r14809): Terminated abnormally.

then i tried add paramater -D, still error occurred but different error:
comm_open: socket failure: (13) Permission denied
FATAL: Could not create a DNS socket: errno 13
