The following patch: http://loos.no-ip.org/lusca_tproxy.diff can be used on
FreeBSD to provide a working tproxy solution over bridge (and it also works
for bridge+transparent mode setups).

The basic usage is covered here:

This patch already includes a hack which allows the IP spoofing
from 'common' users (so you don't need to patch lusca to run as root). This
hack is just a workaround while the real solution isn't there.
