As-salaamu Alaykum,
On Wednesday 31st August we have a few things planned to entertain you during the joyous period of ‘Eid!
From 9:30 - 11:30, in the Minor Hall, we've organised 'eid entertainment which is open to everyone, particularly children! From past experience, many children attend 'eid prayers mashaAllaah, so we thought it would be a great idea to arrange something specifically for them. Along with some children's activities, we've booked anillusionist, who I'm sure will have the children amazed. This will only cost £1 per child, and parents are welcome to join in for free!
After this, from 11:30- 14:30, you can join in with the BBQ lunch near lake carter (next to the new sports centre) organised by the Pakistani Society, an event open to everyone. A bouncy castle will be present there, free for the children. If the whole family wish to take part and enjoy the BBQ food, there is a charge of £10, for single students the price reduces to £5. For more details please scroll to the bottom of this email.
Finally to end the day, there will be a free traditional 'eid dinner in the prayer room where everyone is welcome. This will beafter 'Asr inshaAllaah so please bring your families and friends with you, socialise and end the day with the spirit of 'eid resonating through you!

It is essential that you register with Br. Uzair (Paksoc committee member) stating the number of people attending so that we can have a good idea of the quantity of food to order inshaAllaah.
