YouNet NGO is glad to invite you to apply to one of our In-Service Training courses in Italy 100% funded by the European Union.
Considering your interest and your experience in the field of adult education, we chose to offer you the opportunity to increase the potential of your organization and to network with other EU partners at no cost. How? By having people working (or volunteering) for your organization to apply and participate to one of our courses.
These courses are fully funded by the European Union thanks to the Grundtvig programme part of the wider Lifelong Learning Programme that will last until December 2013. Do not miss the last opportunity to benefit from this program and get a grant covering all the expenses including travel, accommodation, food, tuition fee, materials, …. Thanks to our trainings the participants will learn more about writing a EU projects, will improve their soft and management skills and will network and exchange best practices with other organizations.
The individuals have to apply at your national agency before the 17th September 2013 to obtain this grant. Bear in mind that several days may be needed to complete the application process so begin it as soon as possible. For any support you may need you can write us at off...@you-net.eu.

1. EUROPEAN PROJECTS DESIGN, MANAGEMENT AND FUNDING (WITH NEWS ON ERASMUS PLUS) – BOLOGNA, 30/03-04/04/2014 | PALERMO, 13-19/04/2014
Learn from experts and concrete examples how to design a good learning project and get the funds. Discover the key actions and the programme guide of Erasmus+ (the new joint programme for education and training, including both adult, youth, school and higher education) and new EU programmes 2014-2020. Learn how to plan and manage the financial issues.
2. SOFT SKILLS FOR ADULT EDUCATION (PUBLIC SPEAKING, CONFLICT AND MEETING MANAGEMENT, TEAMWORKING) – BOLOGNA, 16-22/03/2014
Learn how to better speak in public. Improve your ability to negotiate, manage conflicts and crisis. Improve your teamworking and leading capacity. Improve your presentation and communication skills.
3. HOW TO SET UP AND MANAGE EFFECTIVELY AN ORGANIZATION/TEAM (FUNDRAISING, HR, PROJECT DESIGN, NETWORKING…) – BOLOGNA, 9-15/03/2014
Learn how to better lead or set up a team/organisation. Improve your skills related to financial management, fundraising, European project design, networking, teamworking, leadership and human resource management.

1. Fill our pre-registration form as soon as possible at http://goo.gl/CxeLgc
2. Apply for a grant to your Lifelong Learning Programme National Agency before 17th of September 2013 and send us an email for confirmation
We advise you to contact your national agency for suggestions and recommendation for the application.
