Does Kindle Create automatically create a link to the beginning of the text? On the Preview tool on KDP my book opens with the cover. Will it open at the start of the book (after the contents etc) for anyone who purchases the book? I have searched online for an answer to this and can find no mention of this. I have published many ebooks in the past and used to put my own links in during formatting.

Most importantly, Kindle Create is a free app provided by Amazon to help you create files for self-publishing. Yes, there are some amazing pieces of software out there for writing your book. But not a lot of them are absolutely free to use.

This is my third day trying to figure out whats going wrong, but in vain. My attempt to create a kindle format to publish failed and keeps failing. The fact that kindle create centers the text gets the dialogues in the text to be messed up. Sometimes three words are spread along a whole line. Why? The fact that I am a novice would not explain the whole issue. Many other people encountered the same problem.

On the upside, because Amazon is a stakeholder in the ebook industry, they want your ebooks to look and perform well on the market. To help you create the best book you can, they have a library full of guides and other resources to help you navigate their tools, which include Kindle Create.

Amazon recommends Kindle Create, their free interior formatting tool available for desktop on both Mac and PC. Kindle Create can be used to create novels, essays, memoirs (Reflowable); textbooks, travel books, and cookbooks (Interactive Print Replica); and Comics (Comics with Guided View).

This may sound surprising but there is more than one way to create content for your eBook. Apart from coming up with a completely new idea, you can either repurpose your previously published content (like blog posts, podcasts, or YouTube videos) or even use PLR content.

More expenses come in if you want to get your eBook professionally edited or you hire a designer to create the cover and other visuals. For example, hiring a professional to edit a 10,000-word manuscript can cost you anywhere between $300-600.

Once the content is ready, it takes just a few simple steps to start selling your eBooks online: prepare your eBook for selling, create a Sellfy store and upload your eBook, and start monetizing your eBook with the right pricing.
