Water walk for Haiti in Durham-Forms

Hello Everyone,

Enclosed, are the files related to the water walk for Haiti.  The best case scenario is for each team captain to have a team of people who would themselves become team captains, and so on. Please, feel free to contact us with any questions. 
This will be a family-friendly event. Friends and family can not only raise funds, but they should come out and walk on that day too.
