UFO-Chicago Dec 2025 Meetings

Hello All:

I believe our UFO-Chicago email list is still off-line; we will continue
to use the LUNI list and private email to coordinate group activity until
that changes.

Tonight, December 14th is the 2nd Sunday of December and is normally our
scheduled in-person meeting date. However, there has been some discussion
via private email about canceling tonight's meeting due to cold weather
and instead, rescheduling a special "Holiday" meeting later in the month.

It has been suggested that we move our December 2025 in-person to
Saturday, December 20th meeting at Ssyal, 4201 W Lawrence Ave,
Chicago IL 60630, Time: TBD.

There is also the question if we wish reschedule our December 2025 on-line
meeting? I had suggested we move this meeting from 12/23 to 12/16.

How about we handle this with a series of RSVP requests?

1. In-person meeting tonight 12/14 @ 7 PM at Wendy's 5472 N Harlem Ave,
Chicago IL 60656?
2. Holiday meeting on 12/20 @ TBD at Ssyal, 4201 W Lawrence Ave,
Chicago IL 60630?
3. On-line meeting on 12/16 @ 8 PM?
4. On-line meeting on 12/23 @ 8 PM?

1. Wendy's Tonight: Yes (as long as I'm not the only person attending)
2. Ssyal on 12/20: Yes (can't say no to chicken soup this time of year)
3. On-line Meeting on 12/16 @ 8 PM: Yes (slight preference)
4. On-line Meeting on 12/23 @ 8 PM: Neutral

Hello All:

Regarding an in-person meeting that was proposed for tomorrow 12/20, I
think we should cancel it; the person who suggested the meeting location
won't attend the proposed meeting on that date and we technically already
had an in-person meeting on 12/14.
