We will have our CALA Annual Meeting in Dallas, TX.  

 

Time:        May 18, 5-9 pm (5-6:30pm social and activity, 6:30-9pm dinner and activities)

Location:  Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Address:   400 North Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75201

Cost:         $45 per person, plus Tax (8.25%) and Service Charge (18%)

 

Please make travel arrangement if you attend. We will send out the registration form for food choice soon.

Time:         Saturday, May 18, 5-9 pm (5-6:30pm registration/social/presentation; 6:30-9pm

                  dinner/social/activities)

Cost:         $58 per person ($42, plus Tax (8.25%) and Service Charge (18%))

 

Food:  Per person (one salad, one dessert, two soft drinks, and one main dish)  

           Appetizer (eat what you can eat:  Tempura Fried Green Beans & House-cured         

            bacon steamed burns)

 

The Main Dish is “Cast Iron Charred Prime Rib eye”.  Alternative Main Dish choice: “Waygu Beef Short Ribs” or “Simply Grilled Market Fish”.  If you need alternative Main Dish, please email me your choice.
