Your training and background are very impressive; yet I was wondering whether is possible that you could first join our research team as a visiting postdocotroal fellow supported by Chinese government or your institution funds. After a half year or a year, you will be recruited as a paid postdocotroal fellow (with a minimum pay of $47,476/year plus fringe benefits including health, dental, retirement and other plans).
