New treasurer announcement

Dear Members of the Chinese-American Lung Association (CALA),

Happy new year!

We are pleased to announce the election of Dr. Jie Sun, University of Virginia, as the new treasurer of our organization. Jie has been an active and dedicated investigator of lung research for many years, and his passion for our mission is unwavering. He has served in a variety of roles within the organization, including the CALA Friday Seminar and Conference, and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing the goals of the CALA. We have every confidence that he will serve the organization and its members with distinction.

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Jie on this well-deserved appointment, and we look forward to working with him in this new capacity. We encourage all members to join us in welcoming Jie to this important role and supporting him, as we continue to work together to promote lung health and support the CALA community.
