Please suggest timing?

The list has been awfully quiet lately, so I hope no one will mind me breaking the silence.

I have decided to change my operating system and -redecorate- as it were my hard drive; I have to re-partition the disk and install a gazillion software. What time do you think is best to do all of that? My humble opinion is that it all sounds like a Gemini Moon, but this month I think it coincides with a New Moon. Is that good or bad?

And I'm impatient. There's at least 2 weeks ahead. Alright I can wait for 2 weeks... Well, what do you suggest? Install a new system on a waxing/waning moon etc... Please share your thoughts.

I think the Moon in Virgo can be quite good for this sort of work. And the waxing Moon is just fine, although you might be too impatient and impulsive close to the First Quarter. A nice aspect to or from Mercury should be helpful, and tomorrow there will be a trine to it from the Moon (check the Gardening Calendar).
