Thank you Mr. Kolesnikov, it's a great article!!
When the mercury went retrograde the last time, which was sometime in April, I had already read a part of your retrograde planets article, so I decided to keep a "mercury retrograde journal". Some of the things you mention strike a very familiar chord with what I was experiencing.
Probably the most global event during that time was about the Icelandic volcano with the unpronounceable name "Eyjafjallajokull", and how it disrupted air travel worldwide. Can we associate this event with the Mercury retrograde, and if so, can we expect something similar the next time Mercury goes retrograde? I'm kind of curious about it, because you mention Mercury goes retrograde pretty often, but I can't remember any such event the magnitude of this in recent times. I wonder what was going on...
This is also very interesting; you see, I was using Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala as my operating system and just about when Mercury was retrograde, Canonical announced that the Release Candidate of their new version of Ubuntu 10.04 was ready. I promised myself I would not install a new operating system during that time but I was so excited I could hardly wait. Needless to say I installed the release candidate of Ubuntu 10.04. Now, I'm not really a computer genius, but I'm using computers since the age of 5 and during this retrograde I have received some of the most exotic and bizarre error messages I had ever seen. Most of them were solved but by the time the new Ubuntu was released my release candidate refused to upgrade to the final version. I had to download the final version and install it from scratch. I expected that much!
I'll certainly keep an eye for the following retrogrades.
