Long time ago, when releasing the first version of Hours, a planetary
hours calculator for iPhone, I promised that the next version will
come with a proper database of locations around the world. So here it
is, rewritten from scratch, with a number of new features. Most
significantly, a database with about 500 locations in almost 100
countries. This is not the whole world indeed but this database will
be gradually updated (promising again...).
If you cannot find your preferred location in the database, you can
easily configure a custom location, if you know its latitude,
longitude and time zone. The interface for configuring a new location
was completely reworked, and it is now very easy to use. You can also
save as many custom locations as you wish in a separate database and
then retrieve them from there.
There are also smaller but still important features like tapping on a
planetary hour displays keywords for its ruler. Also the current
planetary hour for the given location is highlighted so that you
immediately know where you are.
