If nobody else wins it first, then it is quite plausible that ASRI might be able to win this when AUSROC2.5 is launched.


There's nothing in the specific list of rules which excludes international participation. 100,000 feet (30 km) should certainly be within the envelope for AUSROC2.5.

It's separated pyrotechnically and recovered with a parachute, as far as I understand it, without looking up the docs.
