Instrumentation amplifiers for load cells

Hi everyone,

During discussions with John and the other guys in Brisbane, they mentioned they tried to build and set up the amplifier circuit described here with a load cell, but couldn't get it to work successfully:

So I sketched up some basic designs for amplifiers for load cells, capable of operation from a single-ended 5V supply.
