Hey Friends!

After a successful flight to 14,450' for my L2 cert at LDRS I figure I may as well stick the biggest Aerotech motor that will fit in the rocket in there and see how much higher I can get it to go. I've already got a J510, however no case for it.

Any chance someone has one they'd be willing to let me borrow, under the agreement I'd buy you a new one should something happen to it?

Let me know!

It’s usually not too hard to get a case on a you break it you bought it kind of level, even the weird ones.  But you might also mention - are you intending this for a summer TCC launch or for some hypothetical when it rains some day snow ranch launch?  It also wouldn’t hurt to know the geographic region especially if you intend to return it clean a couple days after the launch.

Hey Doug,

Yep, certainly should have included that info..

Exact launch date depends on when a friend in SoCal who is making an ex motor for me has that ready to pick up.. Most likely mid to late June.
The plan is to head down to FAR in the Mojave Desert since I need to go down there to pick up the EX motor, and I'm expecting a minimum of 18.5k out of the J510, if not more, so too much for TCC or even Snow Ranch.

Assuming no flight or recovery issue, a cleaned case would be back in the owner's hands as soon as the same weekend as the flight, if not within the next day or two.

Thanks,
