LUNAR ARC 2026 Launch sites

Hello everyone,
This is my first time posting here. I, Santosh, am the parent supervisor for a group of middle school girls (8th graders) participating in the ARC 2026 challenge. The student group has just started the project, familiarizing themselves with the process by going through the ARC rules and watching YouTube videos. They are now working on designing their rocket using the OpenRocket simulator.
I am in the process of finding a mentor and have reached out to a couple of folks.
What I wanted to know was: where can I get the launch site and time details for the ARC challenge? Here are the ARC 2026 rules for this year.
Also, the ARC handbook suggests flying some test rockets using a kit, which we have one coming by next week. I am wondering whether we can launch these test rockets (size xx and motor d) at different venues close to Santa Clara.
