Article on CNN, http://lightyears.blogs.cnn.com/2012/02/10/astronaut-feels-spaces-toll-on-his-body, describes the effects on eyesight of extended stays on orbit. NASA's apparently taking this seriously enough to conduct a bunch of tests during this ISS expedition. (On the other hand, it sometimes doesn't take much for the NASA docs to chortle with glee over another medical test they can do...)
