LUNAR has the usual 1010 t-slotted extrusion launch rail with 4 sides to it. I noticed the occasional flatter single-sided launch rail too. What is the nomenclature for the flatter single-sided launch rail?

Grainger just calls it T-slot, but I didn't see the single channel stuff you're talking about. I think that a Google search of "extruded channel" or something similar should find it.

If it matters, we no longer have that rail. Retired it when the commercial company bought us new rails.
