Hello,
I was just wondering, at LUNAR launches, for MPR rockets, are 1010 rails available for use, or are launch lugs typically used for  MPR rockets?

Either/or. If you can use rail buttons, I would use them. But I've got a bunch that have the brass standard 1/4" round lugs, and they work just fine. Just remember to reinforce the points where your button screws go through (or sink them into a centering ring).

We have both rods (in various sizes) and 1010 rails at both mid-power and high power pads. The way how we have it setup, fliers can swap them out easily and quickly to match what they have on the rocket. Said that, there is a clear trend towards buttons/rails both for mid-power and high power, so you are less likely to have to swap out rod for a rail than rail for a rod on your assigned pad. When possible, you'll be assigned to a pad that already has what you need on it. But if there isn't one, you won't have to wait, you'll get assigned to any of the free pads and you'll simply swap out whatever is currently on the pad to whatever matches your rocket.
