[Team LUNA Chix - Madison Cycling]

It was great to see many of you at CycloFemme on Sunday - and meet many new friends!

Join us for our ride this Thursday, May 14. Find us at Olin Park (Southernmost parking lot) at 5:45 PM for wheels out at 6 PM. We'll offer 2 route options - a 10 and 16 mile loop.

A small portion of the ride uses the Capital City Trail, a state system trail that requires a pass. Riders are responsible for purchasing their own pass for use at LUNA rides and beyond. http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/trailpass.html

 

LUNA rides are free and are geared toward cyclists of all levels - nobody will be left behind. We really do have all abilities - from women new to biking to seasoned athletes, and on all types of bikes. Helmets are mandatory! We'll have LUNA bars on hand to fuel your ride. We ask that participants arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and sign a waiver. Our most frequent riders will be awarded at the end of the season.

 

This year we're teaming up with our friends of the Spoke Haven women's cycling club to bring you rides and events that are better than ever! We will be alternating as your hosts for Thursday rides - LUNA Chix at Olin Park and Spoke Haven at other various locations.
