I forgot the funniest & saddest part of the whole story.

So you're Kathleen Backer, executive director of Heritagefest and you
just decided to close it permanently without any real effort to improve
it, what happens the very next day? The New Ulm Chamber decided to
honor you with an award that honors a woman who has displayed
