I haven't used Luminotes desktop in a long time and wanted to use it
now...

I clicked the icon and went to http://localhost:6520/ which shows a
blank page! Are my notes recoverable?

Maybe my copy of Luminotes doesn't work because I partitioned the
drive Luminotes is installed on...:(

From Luminotes README:

 * File storage: In case you're curious, your notes are stored within
the %APPDATA%\Luminotes folder in a database file. Attached files are stored
within the %APPDATA\Luminotes\files folder

The "database file" is called luminotes.db - try searching for it and copying it to where your current installation of Luminotes expects it. On my computer, I have two files called luminotes.db. One is the default blank notebook that shows after you first install Luminotes. The other contains all my notes. The size of the blank one is 59KB and the one with my notes almost 9MB, so I think you can easily distinguish between the two files if you find more than one on your computer.

To find "Application Data"/APPDATA folder in Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7:
Press [Windows Key]+[R] → Type in %APPDATA% → click OK
A Windows Explorer window will open, showing the contents of the C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data folder (Windows 2000 and XP) or the C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming folder (Windows Vista and 7).

Good luck!
