Regarding commit "persist data within the boot2docker vm" affecting the file docker/run-dev.sh, it breaks the build procedure at step 7 and 9 since those folders no longer exists because of that commit. It might work as intended for OSX users but I had to revert to the previous commit to make things work with Ubuntu.

I've updated the instructions and changed the file mappings to expose the webapps and lib directories through to OSX. Please let us know if you're still having any issues.
